Citing the need to streamline its workforce, the e-commerce giant laid off approximately 14,000 global employees in October 2025. Now, Amazon will reportedly announce it is reducing another 14,000 workers. The cuts may impact employees in its Prime Video, human resources, and Amazon Web Services units.
